so I will continue to use it. I also take a powder magnesium mix that the chiropractor started me on...it also helps with certain aspects of cleaning tubes...............lol................it is also very good in conjunction with taking calcium which us gals need so that we absorb it properly....I use a lot of vitamins...always have, even before I went into this diet...I just believe in them, especially since I've not always eaten the right amount of foods to get my daily doses of vitamins I need. So after all that, my answer to you is YES...............
I take a tablespoon per day in my tea in the morning. I'm starting a new routine I think...I eat breakfast late and then I want to eat lunch too close to dinner time, so I might continue to eat my hearty breakfast, and use a bowl of cereal as my "lunch" in mid afternoon, instead of eating cereal for breakfast. If you take flaxseed which I think you said you do....Uncle Sam cereal is very rich in that...tastes not so hot, but with a little Splenda on it I chuk it down and its good with strawberries cut up on it.
