i just got on for the first time today.......busy cleaning the house and then took a long break.


i forgot mothers' day is tomorrow......well, we don't anything special here so it will be just another day of cooking dinner for the gang.
i'll celebrate by calling my mom....but i do that twice a week anywho
now for fathers day we do special things.......you can tell who ranks low on the totem pole in my four walls.......


i like kay jay's idea.......lay in bed and not take care of any one..!!!

and the chocolates would be a nice added touch.

Mic I need to find a way to scan my LO's I did yesterday. My Liberty Tree Tavern one came out really good as did one I did of Evan. Our store gave out lots of prizes for National Scrapbook day. It was fun.

Happy Mother's day again to all my friends here...wishing you the bestest of the best..........my day is complete really, my desert kids checked in with me, and the 3 of us are heading out to the movies this afternoon to see "Kingdom of Heaven"....so all is good. I have to deliver a couple cards and geraniums this afternoon and then tonight is a good TV night, so again, all is good.

since i have to leave this wednesday to get the toddster from school and won't be back until thursday night, i have to catch up on the house stuff and laundry today.

most of the airlines dropped their prices last night and this morning.

united dropped from $375 down to $250 this morning.

but american is still going for $350.

LOL..........only mac would worry about airfare on Mother's Day......... I'll wait with you mac, I'm still playing that darn game for my airfare west in October....no sight of anything good yet...everything is only up til the end of June right now, but if a deal is going to hit the net, it will be very soon....remember, 3 months out.............I still have a feeling we are going to be biting the bullet a bit this trip, EVERYTHING has risen in price lately.............although regular gas around here has dropped some..........who thought I'd ever be excited to see gas at $2.06 a gallon...

We enjoyed the movie today. I had read some reviews, and I went into it as not expecting great historical accurancy (ok, I know zilch about the Crusades except that it involved religion and some King Lionheart.... ) or that it was a documentary, just that it was a movie to entertain me....and that it did, and ole' Orlando is easy on the eyes... and there were lots of men wielding BIG swords...............everywhere you looked...........
