Yesterday in yoga...I found out I was old. We were doing the bridge and she said walk your hands and feet together as far as possible. I use to be able to hold my ankles...but I couldnt get that far.

Morning all Its chilly here and I dont want to do anything. Well I guess I can always warm up when my dh turcks bursts into flames. Apparently there is a recall on 2000 Ford F-150's (and some others) and 2001
F series supercrew. They just burst into flames even if your not driving it--so we've got that to look forward too. Anyone have any marshmellows? lol
As for that last picture Wow I dont think I could have ever done that, even when I was younger. Its looks a little painful.
