that is what it was like today at the store and in the mall....YIKES...it seemed more like the weekend before Christmas than 2 weeks before....ed, I'm still looking for you know who for you.... no luck yet...seems company wide it is sold out...but I'm an optimist and I'm hoping we get some...and my "feelers" are out and I'm looking.....<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008_ZZzebYYY' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_2_126.gif' alt='People Watching' border=0></a>

ghmmmmm mornin today may be worse we have church this morning, have to go to grocery store for granny this afternoon, need to do laundry, clean house again after the party, mrs froggy has to go to a goodfellows meeting this after noon to finalize the list of people we will be helping with groceries, secrets at a friends house for the day, i have 7 pieces sold that i need to get turned out, still have four gifts of our own to get made, still trying to find packing wrap, may end up buying priority boxes at post office


looks like everyones having a busy weekend, we've only made 3 pages since friday,,, slackers

good morning friends.
another new day and i think i will call this one sunday.......

its windy and temps are dropping here in the upper midwest. think i smell snow coming..........


my shopping is a dismal still. but i did buy cat food and kitty litter yesterday. think i will take friend ocm's suggestion. buy what i want and wrap it.!!!
dh and i went to an appliance warehouse yesterday morning. i wanted to replace my weber grill. he liked the stainless stell fridgedaire one that was cheaper. that's the one he bought...........rats.
he only eats here one or two nights a week and doesn't ever use a grill. and he picked out one that could have been the same price as the weber i wanted. don't know what to do with him. if you are going to drop $1000, it should be a weber

a busy week for me. can only work mon or tues this week. have to leave wed afternoon to go out of town and won't be back until thursday evening.
then friday the dh has a company christmas party to go to and wants me to meet him there. not interested in that. driving to chicago on a friday can take up to two hours at the time i need to go.

today after church i need to do some serious business in tidying up this house. and need to find the ornaments from the tree that one cat has shaken down from the tree. found one in the bathroom this morning. every day when i get up its lets play the game of how many ornaments i find off the tree!!

froggy: hope you get everything done today that you need to. don't forget to take a nap. naps are fun!

ocm: you too, and take a nap. take one with anyone you want to today!

pam: did you buy everything in the store yet??

Your cat and my DD2!!! I have a character tree...only characters get put on it. Well, now that she is into Disney and Sesame Street..she thinks the ornaments are toys to play with!!

I hear ya about the company party, but it is that time of year!! Is it black tie, semiformal, or casual? Do you get to buy a new dress for it at least?

Bummer about the grill!! Next time...dont take him with you. Go and pick out your webber and give it to him for christmas. That is the way to gaurentee you get what you want.

Morning everyone...I think I got rested up last night...I went to bed at a decent hour and slept in a little this morning...and NO work for me today...well, not of the zoo nature, but plenty to do here at the house. I need to go out for a bit...but will be around today and I would love to chatter with everyone this evening.....I miss everyone...

ok change in plans at our house couldnt bring myself to wake the mrs early enough for church, so i've been straightening up a bit and trying to let her sleep in, i know shes been really pressed hard the last few weeks and stressing over getting the stuff ready for the familys we help out , and i think its acceptable to let her rest up.. He knows that even when we arent in church we are thankful and all that
