another little tidbit...if icing a fully grown man batter and use red food color on one half and green on the other, makes for a nice holiday setting when you lick it, or just substitute green food color for the fun little squggles...it looks nice!!! and festive! I usually sprinkle colored sugar on my icing too for a finished look, red and or green.
