sorry ed but i'm not into girls or i would have posted some for you too.
hope you day is super

instead of us singing you happy birthday, how about a buffet song.......

Nibbling on sponge cake, watching the sun bake,
All of those tourists covered with oil,
Strumming my six string, on my front porch swing,
Smell those shrimp, they're beginning to boil.

Wasting away again in Margaritaville,
Searching for my lost shaker of salt,
Some people claim that there's a woman to blame,
But I know it's nobody's fault.

Don't know the reason that I stayed here all season,
With nothing to show but this brand new tattoo,
But it's a real beauty, a Mexican cutie,
How it got here I haven't a clue.

Wasting away again in Margaritaville,
Searching for my lost shaker of salt,
Some people claim that there's a woman to blame,
But I know it's nobody's fault.

Blew out my flipflop, stepped on a poptop
Cut my heel, had to cruise on back home,
But there's booze in the blender,
And soon it will render,
That frozen concoction that helps me hang on.

Wasting away again in Margaritaville,
Searching for my lost shaker of salt,
Some people claim that there's a woman to blame........

almost poked my eye out looking @ Gant's post:lmao:

We will just have a week long party!!!!:cool1:

busy day here today...readers digest version... hungover, taught sunday school, came home and took a snooze, and then I ran to Lincoln to finish the shopping that I didn't get done on Friday.

Heading to bed soon...i have been out late all weekend long....i can't hang anymore:confused3

I will take the Birthday wishes and thank you all. :thumbsup2

Just for the record its the 21st. :teacher:

i knew that:rolleyes1

whoever has a master list; pm me;)

howdy troops; run out & pick up your copy of Alan Greenspans' book. Always thought he was a bit of a stiff, funny banter between him & matt lauer today - said he gets most of his ideas in the bathtub. i usually read the Star magazine lol

mac - back to skool this week? Did you report off yet for vaca?

pam & mic - check in time, we need weekend outing details.

bob - congrats on a big win by your brownies:thumbsup2 course we're leading the conference.

morning all!

Man, i'm kinda glad it is monday so i can take a break:rolleyes: The only thing i have to do tonight is play volleyball which is still kinda iffy...i will go and hit around the ball and see how well i can move. I have to say that i wore shoes on Sat. that had somewhat of a heel and I was good to go all night so i am thinking maybe it is my tennis shoes that i have been wearing:confused3

So ed, where do you want to party at today? since it is a week long party you get to pick the place!!!

Good morning.......WOW...birthday festivities for a WEEK:cool1: :thumbsup2 cool....I love a party...so Happy Pre-Birthday Ed......

Sounds like everyone had a good weekend...and thus, so did we. Our little mini-getaway was nice, so out of the ordinary for us. We left on Saturday and went to Dulles Town Center Mall, had lunch at the Longhorn SteakHouse as I had a gc from there, it was wonderful. Went to the mall to Yankee Candle, and got my 'fix' shopping there :goodvibes I love that place and our mall doesn't have one. We drove on to Alexandria, got settled in the room, watched the ballgame and BIL came and picked us up to take us to the dinner cruise. We drove by the Pentagon and it was so eery thinking of that plane coming across that highway and plowing into the building...what a sight that must have been for people on that road...and believe me, that road is always full of traffic!...anyway, enjoyed the cruise, good food, song, entertainment etc....so cool to get off the boat, call my BIL and he pulls up in front to pick us up....such service:thumbsup2 Saved me $15 bucks parking plus the aggravation on getting there...DC has some weird streets.

Got up yesterday, and drove down the GW Parkway to Mt. Vernon (us and it seems about 50 million others) hadn't been there in at least 28 years, so it was fun. We did the tour and enjoyed walking around, it was so nice yesterday. Drove back up towards home, stopped for lunch and called it a day. It just was something different and a nice break for us. And as for worrying about how to dress, most people were "decked out" nicely, but there were a few in jeans, so see, worrying about what to wear wasn't worth the worry...but we looked very spiffy...:goodvibes

Pam, hope you get to play volleyball, but don't push it...

So, where is the party traveling to today?

glad you had a good time mic:thumbsup2

as far as where to go? Ed has to pop on and tell us where we need to go....and be nice about it!!!;)

I got this for us to travel in and we don't even know where we are going becuase the birthday boy won't even come and tell us where to take him:confused3

hmmm, Margarittaville or Burger King? i'm fond of whoppers, tuff choice:lmao:

my DS/DIL had a stretch hummer instead of a limo for their wedding; just not quite that stretched & no neon inside...did have a fully stocked bar:thumbsup2

Kewl guys, we can take the stretch to Ed's bar and hang out til his real birthday rolls around......unbirthday's are ok...any excuse to party is ok with me
