Tesco Direct CDs

I ordered the new Take That and Britney Cds on pre order over a month ago, they were both released yesterday and I expected them to be delivered yesterday in the post. I didn't receive anything and on line it says that the TT one isn't out till the 8th , yet my Mom has just been and got it from Asda for £2.87 cheaper.

DH is cancelling the order now and I doubt that I will pre order from them again, as a die hard TT fan I am most dissapointed that I didn't get the cd yesterday.

Thats terrible, I never pre order the supermarkets always seem to have good deals on new releases, I got Mama Mia last week £7 and TT yesterday for under £6 at asda

I usually pre-order from play.com and 99% of the time receive the item on the Friday or Saturday before it's actually released but having seen how the prices are being slashed in supermarkets on dvd's etc I cancelled the tt cd and bought it yesterday in Asda

Awww no that's awful, my mom had still got mine, I expect I will get it on Thursday as I'm working tomorrow. I also bought the new Britney album from Morrisons today - it is fantastic !

I have a feeling that Tescos direct use the company Entertainment UK which is owned by Woolworths, therefore no stock is being sent out. I work for Sainsburys & we used to use them but have managed to find a new supplier. WHSmith & Zavvi online use EUK & have now stopped the ordering service online untill they find a new supplier.

I'm not sure if they are supplied by Entertainment UK but if they are there is nothing they can do until they source another supplier as the company is bankrupt as it is part of Woolworths
