HOW TO USE YOUR CLUBCARD DEALS TOKENS
Choose where you want to go and when. To book your holiday, just call Virgin Holidays on the number below. You must do this at least 21 days before the date you wish to travel. However, all holidays are subject to availability, so please book as far in advance as possible. Your holiday must be a minimum of 7 nights. Bookings must be made directly with Virgin Holidays Call Centre. Bookings made through a
travel agent or through out website will be invalid.

Please inform the Reservations Consultant that you are using Deal Tokens to pay for all or part of your holiday so that they know how to manage your booking.
Deal Token(s) may only be used by the Clubcard Holder (whose name is printed on the Tokens) However there can be more than one named Token per booking as long as that person(s) is travelling too. Tokens cannot be given as gifts.
The Reservations Consultant will take your booking details, confirm your reservation and provide you with a booking reference. Please write your booking reference on your Deal Tokens and send them to Virgin Holidays (address as below).
N.B. Your Deal Tokens must arrive at Virgin Holidays within 3 days of making your booking or your reservation may lapse and you may lose your deposit.

Please note that Clubcard Deal Tokens cannot be replaced, so we strongly recommend that you send them to Virgin Holidays by Special Delivery.
You cannot add more Deal Tokens to your booking at a later date, so please enclose all your Deal Tokens for this booking.
After using your Deal Tokens, any balance outstanding on your chosen holiday may be paid for by credit or debit card. Details of these will be taken at the time of booking.
On receipt of your Clubcard Deal Tokens, Virgin Holidays will process your booking and send you a Confirmation Invoice. Tickets will be sent to you by post 2 weeks before your holiday starts.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
We hope you enjoy the Clubcard Deal you have chosen. However, if you would prefer to use your Clubcard Deal Token(s) for an alternative Deal, these Tokens can be used as full or part payment for any Deal which does not have the Buy in Full logo next to it in the brochure, but cannot be used for
Avis car rental.
Your Clubcard Deal Tokens cannot be used against accommodation only, flight only, fly-drives, flight upgrades, car upgrades, car insurance, holiday insurance, excursions and any other optional extras. Accommodation must be booked for the full duration of the holiday.
The value of your holiday booking, before adding in optional extras, must come to at least £500 in total. Your holiday must be booked at least 21 days before departure and must be for a minimum of 7 nights (excluding any nights spent travelling).
Please note that your holiday must be booked within the 6-month validity period of the Token the holiday does not have to be taken within this period. Tokens can only be redeemed against new bookings and cannot be added to existing bookings.
All bookings are subject to availability and Virgin Holidays standard booking conditions.
Deal Tokens cannot be used to pay deposit unless the entire holiday is being paid for in Deal Tokens.
Any outstanding remittance will be required 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. Please note that if you are making a booking less than 8 weeks in advance of travel, Virgin Holidays may debit the full cost from your debit or credit card and refund it upon receipt of your Deal Tokens.
Deal Tokens cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including Frequent Virgin Club or
Virgin Atlantic Flying Club discount) and are valid against full advertised brochure prices. Brochure prices are subject to change.
You may use more than one Deal Token per booking. No change will be given if the value of Tokens is greater than the cost of the holiday; however, any shortfall can be made up with a credit or debit card at the time of booking.
EXTRA INFORMATION
"ATOL" is a protection scheme for flights and air holidays, managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). ABTA - The Association of British Travel Agents is the UK's Trade Association for Tour Operators and Travel Agents.
ABTA/ATOL protects you from losing cash or being stranded abroad when a tour operator goes out of business. All licensed firms have to lodge bonds with the CAA/ABTA so that if they go out of business, the CAA/ABTA can give refunds to people who cant travel and arrange for people abroad to finish their holidays and fly home.
ABTA/ATOL does not recognise Deal Tokens as cash and therefore the ABTA/ATOL guarantee does not extend to the value of your Tokens should the tour operator go out of business before you travel. Any cash top up you make is protected by ABTA/ATOL.
