Terrible Time at Crystal Palace

We went to CP for lunch last year and didn't have problems with character interaction, but we did wait for what I thought was far too long for a table
(25 minutes). I don't understand why CP is so slow to get customers seated. The other restaurants seem to handle it fine. It's annoying to wait for 1/2 hour when you have ADR's!

OK now I am afraid of going! We are going because DD (1) LOVES Pooh and loves Characters (we did sesame place in Oct. If there are no Characters I would just as soon go somewhere else or skip breakfast! Would Ohana's be better for breakfast?

Wow! Thats a long time to wait for characters! I hope you don't give up on CP, as we've always found it to be a great place to meet the characters, not to mention the food has always been some of our favorite on property (for a buffet that is).
