Terra Verde?

Has anyone rented a home/condo in Terra Verde? It looks like it's pretty close to Disney, although I don't normally here too much about it on this site. We have thought seriously about renting a house/townhome this summer, and I cannot figure out how to pick a home, even an area. Does anyone have any good ideas of picking a place?

We own a 6 BR Villa in Terra Verde and I am sure you will love it there.
The are Townhomes and 4,5,6, and 7 BR Villas. The location is great and there is plenty to do right there.If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.
