Terra Verde or Windsor Hills

Hello Everyone,
I am a frequent lurker and first time poster to the Dis boards. I am amazed at the knowledge some of you all have! I am hoping for some opinions about the choice I have of condos for my upcoming trip to the World in October- it will be the first trip for my children who will be 4 (Abby) and 2 (Jake). I want it to be as magical as possible.

To save money we are thinking about renting a condo off site. I have leads on condos at Windsor Hills and Terra Verde. Both seem like they have lovely pools and clubhouses, as far as I can tell from pictures. Both are three bedroom two baths. The Terra Verde home has a lanai with a hot tub, which seems like a very nice plus, but the children's playground doesn't look quite as nice in the pics as the Windsor Hills one. The Windsor Hills condo looks like its a little smaller, though, and not a townhouse.

Any recommendations or experience with either place? Both are renting directly from the owner. Both are nearly exactly the same price: 580.00 for the week.

I vote Windsor Hills have actually stayed there and it is extremely close to all of WDW. the link below is to condos for rent we actually stayed in unit 302.

this gentleman ONLY rents full weeks I believe sat to sat but the prices are reasonable and he is very nice to deal with.
