For our December trip we're going to be arriving at the new terminal c. Anyone know how this will affect transportation to WDW? EX. If using Mears or Sunshine flyer will we have to gather our luggage and go to the main terminal, if limo service will they be able to pick you up at terminal c?

fast reply: the map available for terminal C shows it has a pickup area .....

jetblue already operates out of both A and B at MCO

I wonder if their use of C will only be for their international flights given that everything else at C appears to be international . . .

BUT the terminal map on the MCO site shows both international and domestic baggage claim .....

which appears to be less but IS there .... SO ..... I dunno?

Too early to tell but most likely Mears/SF/etc. will have satellite desks/locations in the ground transportation area of terminal C as outlined in the maps above, especially since this will be the new primary terminal for international arrivals. I would recommend checking back on the airport website in September once the new terminal officially opens.

I believe JetBlue themselves only use A but their codeshare airline Silver Airways uses B, those are all 5000 series flight numbers

My flight info on jetblue already showing C
Yes, beginning in Sept they move into Term C. I believe they will expand from 9 gates in the current terminal to 15 in the new terminal.

I was responding to another poster about what terminal JetBlue currently uses :)

I just switched my car rental to Hertz for my Columbus Day Weekend trip (I found out I have a great corporate discount through them). I'm flying jetBlue and was curious as well.

The confirmation email says that (for now) customers arriving into Terminal C will have to go to the Terminal A counter/garage for service. Not ideal as my flight lands close to midnight, but it is what it is.

^^ Makes sense until there is sufficient volume of renters to support having a new counter staffed in Terminal C.

Just got an email from Jet Blue saying starting 9/27 they are in Terminal C.

Will be flying beginning of December, so looking forward to hearing what the experience is like. Hoping ground transport doesn’t require going to Terminal A or B.

We will be flying on home from MCO on Jet Blue on Oct 2. I'm looking forward to checking out the new terminal.

Just received my JB email.
Starting 9/27, JetBlue will operate out of the spacious new Terminal C in Orlando (MCO).
And, we're excited to be the only U.S. airline to call Terminal C home.

Sent msg to Sunshine asking if they will be picking up at C and the answer was no, not at this time.

Does anyone know if there is a way to get from terminal C to the main airport and the approximate time it would take? We are using either Mears or Sunshine to and from Disney and trying to figure out the transportation now.

Jet Blue email includes the following:
  • Convenient link to the Main Terminal (A & B) and future Brightline trains
No details.

Looks like I’ll be looking for a limousine service if Mears, Sunshine don’t offer bus to and from new terminal directly.

Yes, there’s a train/tram called Terminal Link. Looks like it’s on the B side of the original terminal.

Terminal C just opened today, so I’d use the MCO website or app for more information about where to catch it.

Thank you. That's the monorail type thingy correct? Not happy about being moved to terminal C. I'm traveling with someone who is disabled so my anxiety is already high and now I'm not sure of the logistics and timing to make our transportation reservation. Hopefully a lot more info will be coming in the next few days.
