Teppenyaki and the DDP

We have ADR's for Teppenyaki in Sept. I was looking over the menu and was wondering what they limitations are on ordering there with the DDP?

You can order anything listed as an appetizer, anything listed as an entree or combination, and anything listed as a dessert on the DDP

If you choose to order off the Sushi Menu or the section labelled Side Items, you will pay OOP for these items. Lobster is a side item.

I'm looking at the menu posted at: http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/men_tepd.htm and don't see a separate "sushi" menu. There are several "sushi" items listed as "appetizers". Do they fall under DDP or will they be separate?
