Teppanyaki opening on 8/21 as Tappan Edo

At least that is what I was told by the IPO staff at the YC/BC/BWI as I just made reservations for 8/24.

Can't wait to see/taste what it's like as it is one of our favorites and we have missed it!

Should be. Still teppan-style cooking, so the menu shouldn't change much if at all.

This is one of the restaurants we have decided to try next summer. Glad to hear that the menu is staying the same.
