Does it serve fried rice or udon noodles only?

Pretty sure we had rice the last two times there. Can't remember if it was just white rice or fried

We were there in May and they served beef rice along with the noodles. They also did plain white rice for my DD. We loved it there it turned out to be one of our fave restaurants of the trip.

1) Fried Rice is Chinese,
2) Japan does not serve fried rice.
. . . you can have white rice
. . . you can have white rice with beef juice
. . . you can not have fried rice
2) They do have noodles.

Fried rice is not a just a Chinese dish ---- when cooked on a Hibachi grill, the rice at Japanese restaurants is commonly referred to as fried rice -

I was going to say all of our local hibachi places serve fried rice automatically. I have to request white rice.

Yep---- they may use different ingredients, and/or cook it differently, but the majority of Japanese Hibachi restaurants refer to it as fried rice -
