Teppan Edo?

We are searching for a TS for my husband's birthday during our July vacation. We all LOVE Japanese so we have been thinking of Teppan Edo. Anyone eaten here? What are your thoughts?
My one concern is that I only see steamed rice on the menu; when we eat Japanese at home, we are ALWAYS served fried rice with the delicious shrimp sauce. Do they ever serve fried rice and shrimp sauce with their meals?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

I was there on the 8th of this month, and yes, they have shrimp sauce. I did see the family across from us had fried rice, but we all had steamed. I guess you can request it The food and service were excellent, and it looks great since the remodel.
