Teppan Edo & Tokyo Dining

Does anyone know if Teppen Edo accepts the AP for a discount at lunch? Also, is the area on the tables where your plate goes the same? The pictures looked kind of different. What was different about the salad? I love the dressing they used to use, is it the same?

They have a few different dressings. The salad is larger. I'll PM you to see photos of the food I had.

The place on the table is the same. I don't know if there is a discount at lunch, hopefully! It is the same company, different name.

I know Teppan Edo participates in the DDP, does anyone know for sure about Tokyo Dining?

Thanks!

Yay! We loved Tempura Kiku, so I'm excited to try Tokyo Dining next week. Does anyone know if they accept the DDE?

Unfortunately, they don't take the DDE, just like they didn't take the DDE before (same company, new restaurant names).

Do you know if Tokyo Dining is participating in the DDP? Their menu looks really good.
We have ADR's for Teppan Edo on 10/27 and will keep them, but I am very tempted by the Tokyo Dining menu. I was disappointed to see that all of the scallop combinations have been taken off of the Teppan Edo menu. This was my favorite and I was looking forward to it again.
I am assuming that Tokyo Dining has replaced Matsu Ma Lounge too. Is that correct? So there is no where to stop in for an afternoon beverage break? DH and I loved to do this, and look out over the lagoon. Very restful
TIA

Does anyone know if you can order sushi at Teppan Edo? We have ADRs for Dec. because my bf likes that benihana style of japanese cooking, whereas i prefer sushi. i looked at the online menu and it didn't seem like they had a big selection like was hyped...i am afraid that maybe the sushi is really only available at Tokyo Dining.

Can you post a link to your photos?:wizard:

Wow, you're pictures are great!!

After checking out your site, I think I'll add the new TS in Italy to our list of ADRs.

Thanks! I enjoyed the whole experience and the food (as I did with Teppanyaki). I just think maybe they should bow a little less. :)

If you have the DDP, Tutto Italia is fabulous. The food is great, but pricey. On the DDP, it is much more reasonable. I ate there 3 times on the free DDP, and it was excellent each time.

Can you still get sushi in Japan? Use to love to just sit with DH & DS for sushi:woohoo: I hope you still can does anyone have photos yet? Going 10/27-10/29 for our 10th anniversarry  no kids:banana:. Does anyone know about Party for the Senses? Thank You

Yes, they still have sushi. More at the Tokyo Dining, I'll send you a link to pics.

There is some sushi at Teppan Edo, but not a lot (if you want sushi, you'll probably want to go to TD).

You might wan to call Disney on Party for the Senses now, just in case they still have openings!

Is Tokyo Dining taking ADRs now? I know the other day they weren't.

If I have ADRs for Teppanyaki on 10/25 (made back in July/August), I assume that they are good for Teppan Edo. Is this correct? Should I call and confirm? I'm afraid if I call they'll say that they're only taking walk-ups and cancel my ADR. What do you think? Thanks!

That shouldn't be a problem at all. (Teppanyaki = Teppan Edo). :)
