Teppan Edo question!

So Teppan Edo is our first night in Disney ritual and we've been many many times. However, I don't remember really looking at the menu, I just kind of always knew what I wanted. So looking at it recently, I noticed that it says all entrees come with salad. We've never gotten salad with our meals. Is this something new? We are always on the dining plan, so I'm not sure if that is excluded with our plan or not?! But I'd enjoy a nice salad with our meal and would be pretty excited if that was a new change! Someone who has been there recently please help! Thank you!!

There was a salad last year when we ate there. I thought that it was a new addition because I can't remember it being part of the meal before but I couldn't really remember for sure. It's not large but it is nice and IIRC it had a nice dressing with a touch of sesame in it.

We ate there in Dec., we were given salad. It was the first time we had ever gotten salad there. All the other times, they just brought out rice as an app. So maybe it is new.

In the past we have order a nice size salad as an appetizer. If it is included it is new

We ate there for the first time in March this year. You definitely get a salad!
