MMMM, both look SOOOO good to me! Dh doesn't really care which and who knows...maybe we'll end up doing both. Is Teppan Edo really good food or is it just the fun atmosphere? (After all, we have tons of japanese steakhouses here to choose from so unless it's super good food, then I guess why go?)

Also, Chefs de France....ummmm the braised rib dish (or something famaliar to that....) sounds soooooo scrumptious. What did you think of Chefs de France? And do you think it would be ok wtih toddlers there or is it a "longer" meal more for adults??

Any pix of either one???? :cool1:

Teppan Edo!! We eat there every trip and have not had a bad meal yet. It is a fun atmosphere abd the food is very good.

Teppan Edo is a must do for us every trip! Good food & fun. Never been to france so can't speak for that.

Teppan Edo! The food is great!!!!!:goodvibes I'm still thinking about their steak.:thumbsup2

I pick Chefs de France. We had dinner there this past April and it was awesome! We have so many fantastic Japanese hibachi places locally and I would hate to have dinner at a place that isnt as good as our local places. Plus they do not have fried rice, shrimp appie, soup and salad included in the price like the local places do.....and the price is the same!

I like Chefs de France:thumbsup2 The atmosphere, food and service are great. It's also kid friendly:)

We ate at "Chefs" in last December, and dont plan on going back for awhile. WE were not impressed at all.
We are eating at Teppan Edo in early Sept. Hope it decent.

Teppan Edo is fantastic! Great atmosphere, good service, and delicious food! And they make the cooking of your meal a fun little show. There was a family with a toddler at my table and he seemed to enjoy himself (although he was slightly crabby due to missing his afternoon nap).

We love both of them! We go to Chefs every time we go to WDW, and have mostly have had great dinners there.

This past Jan. we went to Teppan Edo and it was terrific! The food was so delicious and fresh, and of course the experience was fun. We had a lady chef, and she was very funny and personable. My 12 DS loved it there!

So, I now have to give the slight edge to Teppan Edo. We will definitely be returning there for our next trip.

Also, either place is fine for kids.

We have only eaten at Chefs and we love it. It is worth trying just for the desserts.

We have done both of them. For atmosphere, Teppan Edo wins. Watching the tabletop grilling in front of you is very entertaining.

Chefs de France was also enjoyed. It is kid-friendly but very crowded. And both restaurants are loud!
