Teppan Edo Lunch prices

Does anyone know whether the menu items and prices are the same at Teppan Edo lunch as they are at dinner. I checked allears and only saw the dinner menu. If anyone can post prices, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

If you have an annual pass, you can get 10% off lunch on weekdays.

The reservationist told me it was cheaper at lunch but he couldn't tell me the prices. He gave me a range of something like $9.95 to $30.95.
