Teppan Edo as a Vegetarian

I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with this. My boyfriend and I have a reservation for Teppan Edo on our next trip. I am a vegetarian and wont eat the beef rice. I noticed they don't really have any other kinds of rice to substitute. It is possible to maybe get extra noodles in place of the rice for me? Has anyone ever tried to do this before? I tried asking a CM on the phone but they said I would have to ask when I get there. I would kind of like to know a head of time so I know what I'm in for if possible.

I am pretty sure they still offer plain steamed rice for those who don't want the beef rice.

You can ask for plain steamed rice. I'm allergic to seafood and there is apparently something in the beef rice that I can't eat so they always give me the plain rice.

Yes.
They do have steamed white rice like others have mentioned but they will also fix you up a noodle vegetable dish in front of you. But you will be served first because they will cook the meat after they make your noodle dish. We eat there often and I get this option sometimes.

Teppan Edo has exceptional customer service, so I'm sure they will be as accommodating as possible.

I was able to get steamed rice with the vegetarian meal.
