Teppan Edo—regular seating?

IIRC there is an area of Teppan Edo when you first talk to the hostess with regular tables and seats, is that still the Teppan Edo menu but sans chef at the grill? Or is that a different menu/restaurant?

Husband and I only want to order a few starters (including the Volcano Roll) but don’t want the full hibachi experience.
Is that possible?

From the description of your preferences it would be more of a fit for you than Teppan Edo.

It's Shiki-Sai. Teppan Edo is only the hibachi tables.
