Tepan Edo kids menu

So I'd like to go to Tepan Edo as it looks like a fun dinner but DD6 is a vegetarian. Is it possible to get her a kids meal with just plain rice and vegetables and/or tofu?

Oh I'm sure it's no problem. We took our daughter when she was young and just asked for the noodles for her that they cook on the grill and it was fine.

I know you can get plain white rice. I agree with noting on the ADR that she is a vegetarian and then asking when they take your order.

Yes. All meals for kids 9 and under include miso soup, seasonal vegetables with udon noodles and sukiyaki beef rice by default.

You can ask for white rice in the place of the sukiyaki beef.

As far as the kids main entree, they don't have a vegetarian one listed but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to request a kids sized version of the Yasai.
