OK first I must inform everyone, I have camp in a tent ONCE and bought my travel trailer the next weekend, so with that said.....

We are cruising on the Dream May 1st 2011 and we are driving down to save some $$, I thought we could tent camp for a few days prior to the cruise.

How is it at the Fort, weather wise, end of April?

All we will need is a tent. We have a portable AC, grill, cooler & air beds.

Cost for 3 nights will be $263. Can't beat that! :thumbsup2

I've only been there once in late April and the weather was quite pleasant, actually almost cool in the evenings.

However, I honestly would tent camp after your cruise. That way, if it does rain, you won't have a wet tent in the back of your vehicle for 4 days while on the cruise.
