we are looking to do a non disney excursion in grand cayman at 9am and are worried about getting an early tender of ship.
has anyone else been lucky enough to get an early tender?

Just going down to the Walt Disney Theater when they announce tendering and you will have no problem. They tell you it is for Disney Only Excursions, but go anyway, it's not a problem.

We had planned on doing at 9 a.m. beach ride with Nikki's (didn't do it as the ship couldn't go to Cayman). I asked around before booking it, and the consensus seems to be that it is doable.
