
I think it's just a plague!! Everything you described sounds just like my past 3 years..it is soo tough to stay with a program when life gets thrown a curve! I hope your husband is feeling much better and I bet getting back on a schedule will help immensely!! You can do it!!
Well, my first week at Biggest Loser mentality got off to a STRONG start!!! I did p90x 4 days in a row and 4 miles of walking 4 days in a row..then I got a bug..I was sacked out all weekend..still had an appetite but could not get out of bed!! UGH! Then I had a procedure yesterday so I rewarded myself with Chik-Fil-A chicken tenders..but I only had two so even though I reached for the bad stuff..I limited it!! I also had a portion of cheetos..somehow, I can handle the surgery stuff with no meds but the after effects...just remembering the sounds (thank goodness it was a cyst on my back where I can not see,) and the tugging/cutting/stitching...ugh..made me so squeamish that I thought I would faint after getting off the table!
But even with all that I lost 5 pounds this week!!!!! So excited! So now I want to see what a week of sticking to it can do!!!

I've got a big birthday party for my 16 year old son tomorrow..lots of cheat foods..so must be strong and get my workouts in!!
Keep it going all!! We can do this!!!
