This is one of my all-time favorite meals, but not a typical sushi dish. It's not rolls sliced into many small pieces like you're used to -- it's one enormous roll (I mean HUGE) and it's cut in half on an angle with one piece standing up and one piece laying down. They drizzle the plate with a soy-based sauce and a wasabi sauce. YUMMY! Actually, makes me think we need to make a stop at IoA in August!
