not that my kids would tolerate doing this, but I was floored when i saw the tattoos STARTED at 14.00!

If anyone is interested, I saw that they have a few disney tattoos at Hobby Lobby for a couple of bucks. Bring your own and save a few dollars.

Also just noticed that Ebay has different ones listed as well. Go prepared and spend your money on something else that will last!

My DS and I both got tatoos on a past trip and they were $5-6 each. He got Tigger and I got the castle. It was somewhere near the Muppet attraction at MGM.

Do the temps survive showers and sun lotion?

You shouldn't put any lotion on them. They last about one week depending on how clean your arm is when its put on. Make sure it is washed well and suntan lotion etc is fully removed. We always get these when we go down. Our "cheap" little thrill.

DS got 2 of them at TL this past trip- and I only pd $15- all together. They were really cute. However, you can't put sunscreen on them which after the 2nd day was a problem. He was starting to get sunburned at the tattoo area--so the tattoo's had to go and the sunscreen did demolish them within 2 applications. He got a Lilo and a Stitch.

I found Disney Princess themed tattoos at WalMart. I believe they were $2-3 for a sheet of them.

I didn't realize you could get temp tattoos in WDW!

I always get the temp tattoos when I go - usually a Mickey and a Minnie (head only) and they are about $6.00 each. I have had them last up to 3 weeks (no lotion put on them, but showers were no problem), though that is unusual. They are my cheap thrill!

the signs that we saw at MGM said STARTING at 14.00. I didn't even ask cause I thought the sign said enough.

They have two seperate types of tattoos they have the inexpensive henna tattoos starting around $5.00-$6.00 that last about a week. Then they have the jet spray type that they use a cutout pattern...they place the pattern over the area to be tattooed, then spray the paint over the pattern. These start around $14.00 and look very realistic and very professional. They also last much longer.

Do you remember where at Walmart you found these? Do you recall any "boy" tattoos (non-Princess:)

My 4 yo grandson loves these temporary ones and I've been trying to find some for our trip - of Mickey

My 5 y/o dd got a Cinderella tattoo at MGM right behind Muppet 3D show. It cost $5 and lasted a full week. You could not put sunscreen on it, but you can go swimming with it and take a shower/bath with no problem. She just loved it and I thought it was pretty cheap for Disney!

I found them in the stationery/card section on an endcap. They didn't have any Disney-themed tattoos for boys so I ended up buying YuGiOh and Hot Wheels for my two.

To top it off, we all ended up getting temp tattoos while we were visiting MGM. I believe the boys' tattoos were $5 (they each picked Stitch) while I purchased a larger Sorcerer Mickey for $8.

The boys' tattoos are still on their arms, even after a week's worth of wear! They got lots of compliments on them while we were in Disney. :D

DH & I got tattoos at Pop Century in April. They were about $5-$6 each. They lasted just over a week and mine promptly came off when we went to Key Biscayne swimming in the ocean. Every bit of it came off at once. It was fun for both of us having the tattoos. To me it was worth the $5. On one of our trips I bought a package of patriotic Mickey tattoos. Don't know where, but I think Liberty Square area.
