I have never been to HHN can someone tell me where to begin someone said bill and ted show 1st with the express ,where is it and then where do you go someone give me a plan. please where do you go if I am in the park at say 4:30

No problem.

If you are in the park before 16:50 you can go to the Stay and Scream area. It's located between the parks at the sound stages. It's actually located at the "boneyard" area, which is next to Jimmy Neutron at USF. This is the "party" area starting at 04:30pm.

The best idea I have is to visit the parks early in the morning, go back to your hotel room to rest, then come back and get into the park before 16:30, and you'll be ok. From there you can head to the Stay and Scream area and get ready to go.

I personally would try to hit all the houses before going to Bill and Ted.

Bill and Ted is great, but takes a good chunk out of your time if you haven't seen all the houses yet.

And I'm sure IOA will have their own S&S areas, not sure where they are at yet though.

so where is bill and ted's show and what to do after that. where do we go next are the houses near each other how many are there

did someone say the express pass is only for the 1st bill and ted show

Good idea, but it's all subjective. If you try and make it to the first Bill and Ted show, you miss the scare zones during the day time, and a couple houses.

I know the season pass flyer promises great seats to those who show up for the first show, but I'm not sure I'd go there first. I think that's why they promise good seats for the first B&T show. Because mose people are not there.

Most fans are in the studio houses and the far side of the park.

so can someone tell me are these houses in the same area or around the park? do you start at one spot and work your way around and if so where would you start 1st like which part of the park

Yes, this year it's IOA only, but they are using two sound stages which are technically located on the USF side.

If you go on the offical web site and look at the map, you'll see what I'm talking about. Next to One Fish Two Fish, they make a path way that leads to the sound stages. There is also a path that leads to Posiden's Fury from the USF side.

You would never know about these paths if you were visiting the parks during the day, but at night, they magically appear and work perfectly.

The best idea, is to be in the park before 16:50 and go to the Stay and Scream area. From here, you will get to visit two houses located in the USF Sound Stages before the official opening time. From there high tail it to Posidens Fury.

thank you that's the kind of info I was looking for. I was confused as to it only being in 1 park but also in USF one more question so do I enter the park at USF and go to the stay and scream area and I will see the sound stage and hit the 2 houses there and then take this path to PF and I will then be in IOA without exiting USF
thank you for your help I don't want to waste time being lost I would have entered through IOA but let me know if I enter through USF

I don't think there are any S&S areas inside of the Studios.

All I can think of is a "Party Zone" for Passholders which works the same way as a S&S area, but that will only be open on non-Peak nights (non-Fridays and Saturdays). Other than that, I don't think there are any Stay and scream areas inside of the Studios. But I can be wrong, as Bev said, we won't know the official S&S areas until the event happens.

As for the pathways, it sounds more confusing than it really is. It really is very straight foward. But, if you get confused, there are signs all over the park and the map should have it clearly drawn out.

As for Express Pass being for the 1st Bill and Ted show only (which, btw is in the Toon Lagoon amphitheatre) I don't think you'll have much trouble getting a seat for any showtime. The theatre holds quite a bit of people, and they have plenty of showtimes throughout the night. Express pass may give you a closer seat, but IMO all seats offer a good view, and that closer isn't always better, last year some action (and dancing) took place on the walkway seperating the two groups of seating (kind of disturbing having John Kerry dancing 2 feet away from you, directly in front of you, lol)

Most important, is to realize that when touring HHN, or any theme park, you need to do things the way you want to do them. We've all posted our own opinions, but they may not be suited for you.

Here's is a link to the official website, there may be answers to your questions here.

i do the s & s and get a head start on at least two houses before it is open to the general admissions.

last year i think the 1st bill and ted started at 7:30, i could be wrong but thought it was a delay on the first show i went to.

the only thing the express pass does for you on the bill and ted show is you enter before the regular line and have a choice of seats.

i could have sat in the very front but (since i have seen b & t before) chose to sit on the right side first row behind the walkway that separates you from the front row seats by the stage.

That's about the best advice you can get. For me, I think going through the scare zones when it's not real dark yet ruins it so we do Bill & Ted first since we have express and then play it by ear.

Normally we go later in the month so I've had plenty of time to hear from this board and others how everyone else's nights have been.

if you aren't doing the stay and scream pass, what is the earliest time you can get in and what time do you recommend getting there? and what is the easiest way to get in? we'll be taking a taxi from WDW to this. thanks!

It says the event starts at 06:30pm each night.
If I had to wait at the gate, I'd get there at 05:30pm so I could be near the front of the line. Therefore, you wanna leave Disney around 5pm or so.
Visit a Disney park in the morning, come back to your room, rest, eat, then head out to USF. It's a good idea to have some food back at your room in a cooler, because most restaurants will be closed down late at night. There is a TGIF across from the parking garage that stays open late.

two years ago i had the stay and scream but had to leave the park as i left something back in my room.

i got back but the staff refused to let me go in as it was 5:20 at that point and ioa closed at 5 that day.

i wondered at city walk for awhile and got back in the line at 6:30. park was opening at 7 that night.

i did not get to enter until 7:20 that saturday.............whew...never will i do a stupid thing like that again.

last year the metal detectors took sometime away from entering.
don't you think it will slow the crowd down again this year..?
or maybe they will do away with those detectors they put up for hhn.

I think my attack plan will be to start with Cantina, watch B&T and hope the sun is down by the time it's over, and then work my way around with the soundstage houses being the finale. Usually going to Marvel first is a bad idea, but I have Express, so I don't care. :P

Is bill & ted, something I should not miss since it is my first visit, ever? I mean just thinking of it. I think beetlejuice revue. I have only been once, to beetlejuice and boy, that was not my speed. I mean is it better than the beetlejuice revue, is there something truly spectacular about it? If not then I will definatley skip it.

Let me preface my opinion by saying that I can't stand the Beetlejuice show!

Good thing, the B&T show is not the Beetlejuice show! The show is basically a comedy show spoofing pop culture icons from the past year mixed in with some song and dance numbers. Last year was my first HHN, and I loved the B&T show, even thoguh people said it wasn't the best (the show is enw every year.)

I would recommend seeing B&T, because it is a good show, and can only be seen during HHN hours, unlike Beetlejuice which can be seen during the day at USF.

It's been pretty crappy by comparison to older shows since the event moved to IOA.
