Tell me your Boma faves

I am trying to decide which night to make a PS for Boma based on the rotations in another post. However, I don't want to overlook a night b/c I am unfamiliar with the food.

Please tell me your faves!

the Winter Squash soup last November. It tasted like the richest, most flavorful pumpkin pie I had ever had! It would have made a better dessert that with the meal. Our waiter said that many get it for dessert.

Love the flank steak with the different sauces/chutneys. The grapefruit/avacado and cilantro salad sounds strange but it is incredible. The different types of hummus are not to be missed either. And of course the desserts....coconut bread pudding, mini-pineapple cheesecakes and of famous, zebra domes!

We love the Boma and visit every trp to WDW!

I wish they offered just a soup and salad bar option! Their soups are magnificent -- my favorite is the coconut curry seafood chowder!

Ahh, my favorite place to eat! I love the couscous, lentil kafta, pap, chicken, and of course the Zebra Domes. I have finally talked my parents (who are very picky eaters and do have some physical aliments that do not allow them to try everything under the sun) into trying it this trip! If they don't like it, I have to go to McDonalds and get them supper But to be honest with you I know I won't be making that trip. Have a great time there. I hope you like it as much as my BF and I do!!!

I'm quite partial to the bobotie, peanut butter rice and the potatoes with afritude! Not to mention the Zebra Domes.

And, just FYI, if you really like a dish, they'll send you the recipe!

Our favorites were the flank steak (make it at home), the nut crusted fish, Moroccan Seafood Stew, Durban Spiced Chicken Salad...and don't forget to try to Fufu, Hummus, Cocomisu & Pineapple Cashew Tarts.

I know it may not sound all that exciting, but the soups are the highlight for me. There is so much flavor(not spicy hot) in those soups it's yummy. And yes. the Zebra domes

We went in August of last year and very much enjoyed it. The soups are absolutely terrific. I think I had a bowl of each.
