NEW Rejected Offers Thread

its been for sale for months
They’ll be a better deal than a stripped contract from a commercial renter
These commercial renters/flippers are not in a rush. Otherwise they won't be staying there for months. Even though it is harder to see AULs, you should be able to find like $5pp lower or at least closing cost less than $700.

The value isn’t there at this price for subsidized
I will always trust this person's sense
I think we figured regular AUL had to be like $90 cheaper to break even at the end of the contract.?
If you count $2.5 lower MF per point x32 year, then very close. But when compared to let's say SSR, the difference on MF is no longer that large. How about $80pp SSR? though it's less likely to get loaded points during the second half of the year

And hopefully in a better UY for me.!!

I did feel much better about letting it go and moving on.

Yea, I bet it is much closer, but my home resort wouldn’t be in Paradise. 8-)

Resort: SSR
Contract size: 50
Asking: 125
Rejected: 90
They countered 115, I came up to 95 and we agreed to part ways. First time I’ve ever had a broker add an opinion on a bid. It kind of gave a two against one vibe … oh well, there may be two of them, but I’m the one with the money 🤣

Resort: BCV
Contract size: 100
Asking: 100
Rejected: 100
Counter: "Hello, thank you for your offer. The seller has received multiple offers, all at a similar price point. The seller has asked all interested parties to submit their highest and best terms by today at 6pm EST."

Saw that a mile away.

I never saw this posted but I would bet a dole whip I know what broker it is. They all seem to have their certain ways.
