What is your favorite spot in each park, and hotel spots. We are looking to have experiences we can't have anywhere else. We would like a QS and a sit down for each park. So far we have:

MK -Harbour Galley lunch, BOG dinner

EPCOT - Rose and Crown, San Angel Inn, Coral Reef or Biergarten

HS - Mama Melrose, 50's diner

AK - Yak and Yeti, otherwise unsure

Hotels - Ohana breakfast, Whispering Canyon, up for suggestions

Thanks in advance! Anything else that is Can't miss? I looked into the Hoop De doo, but we would rather spend that on Fireworks party.

The QS in Pandora (AK) looks to have many unique items

Sci-Fi in HS is unique theme.

Saana in AKL Kidani is fairly unique with a potential savanna view.

What is "Harbor Galley". In over 2 decades at WDW I have never heard of this

MK - CP breakfast. LTT lunch. Dinner at either BOG or Tony's.
Epcot - Tutto lunch. CR for lunch or dinner. Chefs or LC for dinner.
DHS - 50's PTC for dinner.
AK - TH breakfast. Rainforest Cafe lunch.

AKL - Boma for breakfast or dinner.
WL - WCC breakfast.
FW - Trail's End breakfast.
BC - Cape May breakfast.

MK: Liberty Tree Tavern, BoG (Dinner), and The Plaza (cheap-ish, semi walk-in)

Epcot: Le Cellier, Teppan Edo, Via Napoli, La Hacienda de San Angel, and Tangerine Cafe (QS)

HS: Hollywood Brown Derby, Sci-Fi Dine-In (cute/unique), Backlot Express (nothing special, just the "best" QS there IMO)

AK: ...I am waiting to try Tiffins and Satu'li Canteen (QS)

Resorts: California Grill, Narcoossee's, 'Ohana (breakfast and dinner), Sanaa (watch animals as you eat), Kona Cafe, and Contempo Cafe (probably my favorite resort QS)

I know you mentioned using the money for a dessert party instead of HDDMR, but it is honestly a great show and pretty good food. My family still talks about it and I have it booked for our upcoming trip this fall. The prices are all-inclusive (dinner, dessert, non-alcoholic drinks, beer/wine/sangria, tax, and tip). If you compare it to some other special ADRs like a character meal or buffet, it really doesn't cost that much more and the quality beats a buffet. Or maybe I just try to justify it that way to myself feel better lol :rolleyes1

In EP, if you want unique, I would do Biergarten or San Angel over the others. For QS, consider Tangierine Cafe or Les Halles de France.

In HS, I would do 50's Prime Time over Mama Melrose, but would seriously consider Sci-Fi (that is a truly unique Disney experience).

In AK, I would do Satul'i in Pandora for QS. Yak and Yeti is fine, but for something more unique, as other have said, head over to Sanaa at AKL. Or do Tusker House.

Hotels - I would do O'hana dinner over breakfast. Cali Grill if you would consider a signature (the view is stunning). I would also consider a visit to Trader Sam's at the Poly. They don't have a full menu (drinks and big apps), but the antics and special effects are super cool.

Do they have Characters at Ohana dinner though? I have 3 kids, 7, 6 and 2. That was our main reason for going there. But I am sure my sister will want to check out Trader Sam's. We are having a hotel exploring day over the weekend while we are there, avoid crowds and take a rest day.

Is there anywhere else on property to meet Lilo and Stitch? That dinner does sound good...

Lilo and Stitch only meet for breakfast (with Mickey and Pluto). Stitch can be found in Magic Kingdom alone. He used to be by the flagpole, but has recently been in Tomorrowland.

For HS, I prefer Sci Fi over Mama Melrose or 50s prime time.
Epcot: Biergarden or San Angel Inn
Animal Kingdom: With the ages of your kids, I would look into Tusker House for a character meal, Flame Tree BBQ is my favorite QS

I highly recommend Hoop De Doo Review, Sanaa, and Raglan Road for outside the park meals. For Raglan Road, go during the times they have the Irish dancers performing--they let young kids come up on stage and learn to dance, which might be fun for your daughters :)

I looked at the Tusker House menu, totally sold!!!! That menu blows Ohana out of the water. I think that's the meal I am now looking most forward too. I can't wait for my week of waking at 3 am to book hahaha!

Also, with Tusker breakfast does this allow early park entry? Or should I book on a EMH morning? I want to also do the Safari right at opening.

Here are our favs or frequently visited restaurants-

MK - Columbia Harbour House (the one you have on your list - good QS choice), The Plaza -good lunch choice, BOG is a good dinner choice as well

EPCOT - Rose and Crown, San Angel Inn, Via Napoli are our favorites (all sit-down)

HS - 50's Prime Time (our fav)

AK - Yak and Yeti (good for dinner)

Hotels - Breakfast - Bon Voyage @ Trattoria Al Forno, 1900 Pk Fare, Cape May Cafe (all character meals), The Wave, Olivia's & Trails End (non character)
- Lunch - Whispering Canyon Cafe, Kona Cafe, Olivia's, Beaches and Cream, ESPN
- Dinner - Il Mulino, The Wave, Trails End Restaurant, Artist Point, Jiko

I have photos & reviews of a lot of these restaurants (and working on more to post) at my review site if you'd like to take a look: www.disneydiningreviews.net

This is a great list. I would consider going to House of Blues at Disney Springs. The Shrimp & Grits are awesome. Restaurant has some outdoor seating and live music too!

In comparison, here are our favorites:

MK: QS- Colombia Harbor House or BOG Lunch, TS Crystal Palace or Plaza Restaurant

EPCOT: QS-La Cantina TS- Garden Grill, Coral Reef, San Angel Inn

HS: We have a hard time here with QS and usually snack at Back Lot but do 2 TS while visiting Sci Fi Dine In and Mama Melrose

AK: QS-Flame Tree, TS Tusker House (we usually do lunch here and love the food choices

Hotels: We like 1900 Park Fare Dinner, Boatwright's at Port Orleans Riverside

I think Biergarten would be especially fun since you have kids! During the show, the invite them down to dance, but even if they're too shy/not in the mood/whatever, the show itself is great and the buffet has lots of choices to satisfy any picky eaters.

Sanaa was our favorite meal on our last trip! The food was really, really good (especially the bread service).

Also, with Tusker breakfast does this allow early park entry? Or should I book on a EMH morning? I want to also do the Safari right at opening.
If you book an ADR for 8am on a 9am park opening, you will get in early (about 7.50am). We did it, ate, met the characters and paid the bill by 8.50am then went straight to the safari for opening at 9am.

Is Safari not open during EMH? That would actually work out perfect if so!
