Tell me where to eat!

I think Biergarten would be especially fun since you have kids! During the show, the invite them down to dance, but even if they're too shy/not in the mood/whatever, the show itself is great and the buffet has lots of choices to satisfy any picky eaters.

Sanaa was our favorite meal on our last trip! The food was really, really good (especially the bread service).

OH EM GEE! I cannot wait. They will love to do this. My husbands family is German so his Oma would love to see video of that if they dance.

Is Safari not open during EMH? That would actually work out perfect if so!
Unfortunately it is open during EMH so if you dine first you will find a queue. Another alternative would be head straight to the safari at opening times during the EMH then head to Tusker house to dine afterwards, therefore avoiding the safari queue.

Is safari on tier 2 FP? Maybe I will do Pandora FOP first thing with FP, then breakfast, then FP for Safari. I just don't want to make the kids wait too long to eat, but I also don't want them to eat before we leave and be too full for buffet! But I suppose they will have to have a small bite anyway since it's a long journey there.

Epcot - San Angel (this is a must for our first day); Le Cellier
Hollywood Studios - Brown Derby
Magic Kingdom - The Plaza (I love it here)
Animal Kingdom - Yak & Yeti (this is another favorite). We are trying Tiffins this year for the first time also.
Contemporary - For breakfast, we like The Wave (sweet potatoe pancakes). California Grill is our favorite on property.
AKL - Sanaa, Jiko & Boma (breakfast only).
Grand Floridian - Grand Floridian Cafe (beakfast & lunch). Narcoossee's for dinner.
I would look into eating at Disney Springs also. They have some great restaurants there. Wolfgang Puck Express is a QS, and they have great pizzas.

What is your favorite spot in each park, and hotel spots. We are looking to have experiences we can't have anywhere else. We would like a QS and a sit down for each park. So far we have:

MK -Harbour Galley lunch, BOG dinner

EPCOT - Rose and Crown, San Angel Inn, Coral Reef or Biergarten

HS - Mama Melrose, 50's diner

AK - Yak and Yeti, otherwise unsure

Hotels - Ohana breakfast, Whispering Canyon, up for suggestions

Thanks in advance! Anything else that is Can't miss? I looked into the Hoop De doo, but we would rather spend that on Fireworks party.
Sci Fi Dine-In Theater is a must do for us when we're at at Hollywood Studios. We also love Tusker House at Animal Kingdom.

I can't recommend Hoop Dee Doo highly enough. Just so much fun. You might want to consider still adding that one.

To be honest I didn't realise they had introduced the tier system at AK, so I had to google it and found that tier A consists of both Pandora rides and all other, including the safari are tier B. I have learned something new, thank you.

If you cannot take advantage of the EMH, but visit on a EMH day, then you will have to use your fastpasses to try and avoid the queues that have already built up unfortunately.
