When I was there in January I was there with my son and GD who just didn't seem to get the WS and just wanted to rush through it. Don't make that mistake. I'm going solo in May and plan to spend at least three full days at Epcot.
Mexico: get a churro and margarita, listen to mariachi band, ride El Rio del Tiempo
Norway: ride Maelstrom, look at the Stave church and Akershus, get a picture with the giant troll and Viking ship, buy a troll and some of that wonderful perfume (Lalia?), eat school bread and rice cream from the bakery
China: movie, acrobats, enjoy the peacefulness, eat some Wonton Ribbons in a Bag at the Lotus Blossom Cafe
Germany; Look at the Steins and Cuckoo clocks, Biergarten, Snow White is out and about as are Pinochio and Gepetto, eat a Bratwurst & Kraut and a German chocolate cookie
Italy: architecture, Living Statue, eat a cannoli from Alfredo di Roma
American Adventure: movie, singers, eat funnel cakes
Japan: the candy maker is fantastic, Japanese drummers, eat Kaki Gori (like a snow cone but better, finer ice)
Morocco: Belly dancer, Mo' Rockin, Alladin & Jasmine, eat Lamb Shawami and Baklava from Tangierine Cafe
France: eat a peach tart (or anything else) from Boulangerie Patisserie, movie, Beauty and Beast spent alot of time with my GD here, as did Cinderella
United Kingdom: British Invasion, Pooh & Eyeore, garden/maze, eat Fish & Chips
Canada: LE CELLIER, LE CELLIER, cheese soup at LE CELLIER, 30' hidden waterfall, LE CELLIER, Off Kilter, LE CELLIER, totem pole, LE CELLIER, movie, (Oh, did I mention Le Cellier for their cheese soup and steaks :rolleyes) and finally pine for the departed Beaver Tails which unfortunately are no more
