Tell me more about dinner at the Brown Derby?

We are going to WDW on Thanksgiving day. We are planning on going to Brown Derby one night. Tell me more about the food, what dishes you enjoyed.

Three of us ate at the Brown Derby for the Fantasmic Dinner package. We all enjoyed the food. Two of us had Filet Mignon and the other had Lamb. All of the meals were very good. For dessert we had the grapefruit cake which was good as well. The service was good and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant as well. You can find menus for many of WDW restaurants on this website. Other potential websites with menu information would be www.wdwig.com and www.mouseplanet.com. There are probably more but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
