Okay. We finished making our plans for our trip to WDW Sept. 30 -Oct 8. Does everything I have look like it would work? Oh, our travel party includes me, my DH, DD8, DD2, my mom, dad, sister, brother in law, neice (1) and brother.

Our flight gets in at 10:25. We'll relax, take naps (we have to get up at 4am), maybe swim and explore resort (CBR). Dinner at Chef Mickeys.
Day 2- MK. Dinner at castle. EMH that night
Day 3- Epcot. Breakfast in Norway.
Day 4- MGM. Hollywood and Vine fatasmic dinner package
Day 5- Off site (Going to Largo where my brother lives)
day 6- DTD shopping and relaxing. Dinner at LTT and MNSSHP :cheer2:
day 7- Animal Kingdom. They have EMH in the evening so we figure if we're tired from the party the night before we can sleep in and have a couple extra hour that night.
day 8- do-overs and anything we missed. Dinner at the Spirit of Aloha.
day 9- we don't leave until 5:40 so we'll spend the day at a park(s) and cry about going home.

Did we miss anything major?

Hey Sandi

I think your itinerary looks great! About 1 ADR per day is a great plan and you have hit all the biggies! You did a great job planning and with your dates, you will not have huge crowds to deal with.

Definitely plan on sleeping in on the day of MNSSHP - it's a very neat event and you will want your little ones alert and happy for it!

Have fun - it looks like you are set!

That does look like a great plan. It is very doable. I know we all want to do so much and sometimes overplan(I'm trying hard to get a schedule that looks like yours.) Have an awesome Time

Days 2, 3, 4 and 6 are identical to my plan for those same dates! Lookin' good! May I'll see you at MNSSHP on the 5th!! :cool1:

Looks good! Same dates (exactly) that we are going. Some park overlaps too. We are doing Chef Mickeys and Aloha also (but on different nights)

On your first night (assuming you get naps in) and the time of you Chef Mickeys ADRs... MK is open til 11pm... and its just a stones throw away from the Contemp. If you get the chance to get to the parks for a few hours I guarantee it will lengthen your vacation for you. We did this in '03 for about 3 hours... we saw Spectromagic and Wishes, we rode Buzz and TTA, then ate hot dogs at Casey's as the crowd filed out. (we also got to ride the monorail twice (and the parking lot tram if you want to count that-kids were 2 and 4 so that's exciting to them too) For the rest of our vacation we were off by a day because by day 3 the memory of day 1 seemed like it was a full park day (even though we only rode 2 rides) It was a stress free "bonus night" we were in no hurry (because we were not expecting to even do a park that night) Not to mention, to this day it is one of the greatest nights of my life. I have a (incomplete) scrapbook, but one of the pages that I finished was a time-line for that night, it is so fun to recall.

So naturally the next year we did the same and my schedule this year says MK for Sept. 30th even though we wont get to WDW til late afternoon.
