We got the Disney Visa card in July. We just got our first bill. I am assuming that I can't request Disney Dollars until the balance is paid in full ( or at least the portion that I am requesting DD for). So if I am paying the bill this week, when can I request the dollars? With the next statement? or will it show on their website that I paid and can I request then? If I do request, how long does it take, we are leaving in a little over 6 weeks.

I know this may sound confusing, sorry.

I thought the same thing that you did Momto2, but thankfully I was wrong. You can request any amount of the Rewards Dollars that appear on your statement. Or you can go to the web site www.bankone.com/disney and register. Go to "Manage Rewards" and it will tell you how many Rewards dollars you have earned and you can request them there too.

It took less than a week for me (and a number of others who post here) to receive my Rewards Dollars.
