about shipping water to the resorts. We will be in disney July 16-23 staying at the WL. How and when do I ship it???

The best place IMO is Costco. You do not need to be a member. I have used them in the past, but my friend just did this. She called when she checked in last week and the water was there. (Also WL.)
Go to the Costco website, search "water". The best price is 7.99, I think for 24 bottles. Ship them to the resorts address with your name. I always add the word "guest". Ship it about 3 working days before arrival.

When you say ship it, do you mean place the order 3 working (business) days before arrival? We arrive Sat Aug 7th, so I should place the order Weds Aug 4th? In theory dh thinks this is a dumb idea, but I'm going to just do it. I mean really, $8 for a case of water?!?! That's a STEAL!!! (for disney vacation, we pay $5.99 for a case of 24oz sport top poland spring water at cosco...and we go through a case a week)

Yes, that sounds about right. (If it arrives before you get there, they will hold it for you.)
My friend JUST got back and took my advice about the water. She called today to say "thank you" a million times. There are only 3 of them and she said she wished she would have ordered 2 because of the heat.
They also took "drop-ins" to make lemonade, crystal lite, etc. I do this to make my children stay hydrated.

Awesome, thanks! We're big water drinkers here and like I said we go thru a case a week-10 days at home. My dd loves the pink lemonade from crystal lite (she puts 1/3 tube in her little kid water bottles) so I'll be sure to buy some and take with us... I think we'll do just 1 case though. We'll be there 8/7-8/15 but will be spending 2 full days at the Star Wars Celebration at the convention center and will not need extra hydration and the 7th we won't be hitting any parks since we'll be landing around...

ETA - when we check in the water will be waiting there for us, at the front desk? Or at bell services? We rent a car so pull up to the main bldg, get room assignment then drive to "our" parking lot... so I'd love to just grab it when we check in

In my experience and my friend, the water has been at the front desk when we check in. I would just ask if they have a delivery for you when you are checking in. Have fun.
