Tell me about your BOB stroller!

I am strongly considering getting the BOB Revolution Stroller. We are a very active family, we do lots of hiking, beach time, kayaking, etc and love to be outdoors. Is the Revolution good for trails? What about the beach?

Anyone know of any deals? LOL (and they ship to HI? LOL)

We had the Bob sport utility stroller and absolutely loved it. We sold it last spring and my son still whines about missing it, LOL. Very comfy for the kid and super easy to push. I really can't say enough about it. We used it daily for 3 years (we live in an area where we walk everywhere) in snow, rain, sun, everything and it still looked new when we sold it. I got a pretty good deal on it by buying the previous year's model after the new ones were released. And they resell very well. If you're really intending on taking it on trails or if you plan to ever run with it, I'd suggest going with the sport utility model over the revolution. The larger wheel in a fixed position is much better for that. The swivel wheel is nice for the mall, but not for trails or running. I had mine on the beach a few times as well and it rolled over the sand pretty well.

I usually avoid stroller threads like the plague, but I have to tell you I love my BOB. I can push it with one hand. It is tall, and very easy to maneuver and fold. The back reclines. It folds easily. We took it to WDW for 10 days last year, and will again this year. It is a little price, but, I think, well worth it.

Thanks for the info about the SUS vs the Revolution. I really want to get one that fits our needs, since they are quite pricey LOL! So it sounds like the SUS would be better for us, hmmm.

I've been watching Craiglist like a hawk for months but they rarely show and sell immediately.

I bought one when my baby was less than one before going to Disney last spring. I love it--daughter slept so well in it all thru Disney and sun protection is great--best out of any stroller. It is now my only stroller, but kind of bulky for small stores. It pushes with a finger--I can't say how much we love it!
