Tell me about valet parking

We are headed down to WDW for a stay at BCV next week and plan on buying a Tables in Wonderland card for the first time. We have been driving to different resorts for years for dining reservations but have never used the valet parking. What would be the normal tip for this perk and would you pay when the car is dropped off and again when it is returned or do you pay when the car is returned only? I am sorry if this is not the correct place to post this question.

Use valet parking due to DW has handicap parking always gave couple $ before and after especially when they unloaded and loaded scooter. valets are very professional and friendly.
