How does this work? We own at BCV, but someday I may want to stay at BWV and take advantage of the 11 month window (to get standard room points). Do I trade x # of our BCV points for the same # of someone else BWV points? If it's agreed upon, what happens next?

that depends upon you.

you could transfer your points to them - but that only works one way each year.... and I don't think they or you want to wait a year...

so they would make your reservations and you would make their - if you both agreed on the time you wanted the reservations - any difference would be pay in cash or points transferred to their/your account.

I am assuming a point for point trade.
