Tell Me About Tokyo Dining...

My DH and were going to go with the DxDP this year - then realized we wouldn't have much park touring time with our crazy schedule. We are revising to the regular dining plan, keeping only 2 signature restaurants.

This leaves one night free in Epcot, and we were looking at Tokyo Dining. We are big sushi fans and are looking at that Tempura and Sushi combo...

How is the sushi here? How is the atmosphere? Is everything included on the regular dining plan, even the sushi entree?

Any experiences are welcome!
