Tell Me About The Week After Christmas!

My DSis just called. She said some of our family from NC are planning on coming here the week after Christmas. She also mentioned wanting to take my DNiece to WDW a couple days. WDW the week after Christmas.... I suggested UO instead, so we can stay onsite & get the magic key. What are we looking at for room rates that week, & how early would we need to book? Also, is there a minimum number of nights, during this time? TIA

Room rates will be at it's peak!!! Depending on which resort, which view & which room type I would say anywhere from $250-$500 per night...
