tell me about the snapper at Flying Fish

Have never had snapper. I like a mild white fish like tilapia, halibut, flounder or mahi mahi . Like tuna and swordfish steaks. But don't like strong fish like salmon or blue fish. What is the snapper like. Do you think I woud enjoy it, or would the tuna be a better choice?

I think Snapper is pretty mild. It's one of my favorite kinds of fish. And the dish at Flying Fish is excellent!
The Leeks and the Veal Glace/Red Wine Sauce on the fish....mmmmmm.

My girlfriend HATES fishy fish and, like you, enjoys milder types of fish. She had the snapper and really enjoyed it

I have had the Red snapper several times at FF and it is fantastic.

I think the potato encrusted snapper is The Flying Fish signature dish. Snapper is quite mild and this particular dish is delicious.

What really makes it is the sauce they put on it. Snapper is in the same line as Mahi Mahi and this is one of my favorite dishes! Enjoy!

I've eaten it on at least three different occasions...it's delicious! Snapper is a mild fish. I definitely recommend it.

ahhh...I remember when they gave you the whole fish! Head and alll!! Ahhhh the good ol' days!
