We're sailing in March on the 7 day Eastern with our 3 year old son and our 16 year old daughter. We first sailed DCL when our daughter was 11, so we are familiar with programs for older children (both the Lab and the Stack.) And we last sailed DCL with our son when he was an infant, so we know the drill on Flounders. We just don't have any experience with the 3-4 year old group.
Our son currenlty attends daycare two half days per week. He interacts well with other children and adults. I think he'll want to spend some time in the Lab. We plan to primarily use it in the evenings so that we can spend some time with just our daughter. Can we bring him after the shows in his jammies? Are there cots? Is this a crazy plan, or has anyone else done this, as well.
Any, and all, info is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Happy Sailing, everyone.

!!! He was not use to being around other children being an only child and babysat by a family member...I was unsure at first. It was awesome. He had a blast. They do so many activities, art projects, watch movies, characters come it... tons of very cool stuff! He actually would ask to go to the club to play!! It was great. Plus it was his 3rd cruise and they remembered him from the nursery! And I am not one to leave him there much either... a few hours here and there... It all worked out great. I think the jammies would not be a problem at all either. It was great! enjoy your cruise!
