Tell me about renovations at AKL

I am booked in a standard view (Non DVC) room in April. Are all of the rooms in the hotel renovated? What areas of the resort are still undergoing construction and how does the construction impact guest experience? We were planning to dine at Sanaa, but then I heard the view is now totally obstructed. Will that still be the case in April? I can't find any dates listed anywhere.
