Tell me about personalized menus

DH and I are celebrating 30th anniversary with ds and girlfriend at Citricos, and read something about personalized menus, but had not heard of them before. Can someone give me any information about how this works, extra price and whatever?

I know Narcoosee does it free & Coral Reef. I am sure if you ask when you check in they can do it for you. All they do is say no but I bet they won't. Congradulations on 30yrs of marriage . Next year will be our 40th time flies

I've been cruising these boards for a couple of years now and have heard no mention of any other restaurants doing the personalized menus. We had them at Coral Reef last year and my family was so surprised. It was wonderful and so was the meal... the best food of the trip for all 5 of us.

I've heard about Narcoosses, Le Cellier and V&A so far as well as Coral Reef. Right now I'm wondering about Chefs de France. I've read that any TS restaurant can do this, I was just wondering if any one has actually recieved one from anywhere else. I'm planning to celebrate my B-day at Chefs de France while my DD will be celebrating hers at CRT for dinner. Any extra magic would be soooo very nice.

I'm not sure how it works at all, but when DF called for our ADR's (honeymoon) the CM suggested Citrico's specifically telling my DF that they will do a personalized menu. But, we didn't choose to eat there so I can't help you any further!
