(comments on the ones I've been to)

Tonys-love it! They have great food and the atmosphere is lovely (lady and the tramp/Italian)
Whispering canyon-my favorite restaurant! I love the energy of the serves, etc and the food is great! I believe they serve it family style at lunch (have been for breakfast and dinner).
1900 Park Fare-an awesome character breakfast. The buffet is awesome, try the bread pudding definitely! They also do custom omelets.

Wolfgang puck express-amazing! I hotly recommend the chinois salad and the creme brûlée!
Earl of sandwich-all of their sandwiches are amazing. You can also get salads in sandwich form.

You've got some good choices there! Have fun!

I love talking Disney dining!
Tony's is okay - not great, not bad. If you are near the windows, you get a nice view of Main Street.
1900 Park Fare - great food and great character interaction! Look out for ther Mad Hatter and the yummy strawberry soup!
Wolfgang Puck Express - very yummy and relaxed.
Pecos Bills - my favorite counter service!

Tony's Dinner We really enjoyed Tony's. I usually get the New York Strip and it is delicious. Their dessert menu leaves a little to be desired, but the sorbet is great. I'm not a fan of tiramisu, but my friend who is says it's pretty good.
Whispering Canyon late Lunch Haven't eaten lunch here, just dinner, but I'm assuming it's fairly similar. The food was good, but the atmosphere was better. The servers have fun with the families, even if you're not at their table. JUST DO NOT ASK FOR KETCHUP--You'll get every bottle in the restaurant!
Chefs de France Dinner Another one I have eaten at, but for a different meal. The food is good in general, so I'm sure you'll enjoy it, but the best value is the Prix Fixe menu.
1900 Park Fare late Breakfast I've only done dinner here, but the dinner buffet was good. I'm assuming the breakfast buffet is pretty standard Disney, so you should be fine.
Ohana late Dinner I liked Ohana. The food wasn't the best I've had at Disney, but it was most definitely edible. The skewers were really good.

Yak and Yeti Counter Service or Pizzafarri Mmmm. Definitely Yak and Yeti. Pizzafari is pretty standard Disney pizza. There's nothing special about it. The food at Yak and Yeti is definitely more interesting and yummy.
UK Fish Shop I don't eat fish, but it's good enough that my dad eats here AT LEAST once a trip.
Pescos Bills I love the make-your-own-burger-bar. Being able to top my burger with what I want and how much I want is really convenient for me.
Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich Earl of Sandwich has really good sandwiches. And really good bread. But, my mom always picks WPE over ES.
Breakfast at DHS or WL Roaring Forks Roaring Fork is pretty standard for Disney breakfast CS. However, really the only good breakfast at DHS is Starring Rolls, but they're mostly pastries whereas at RF you can get an actual breakfast.

Tony's Dinner Awesome, love this place! The best calamari in WDW
Whispering Canyon late Lunch One of the worst places we ever went to. Went for lunch and the food was gross.
Chefs de France Dinner Prefer lunch but the bacon and onion tart is very good
1900 Park Fare late Breakfast Another one of our worst meals ever
Ohana late Dinner Very good, love the dessert

Yak and Yeti Counter Service or Pizzafarri Didnt care for either, Flame Tree is much better
UK Fish Shop Great fish, not greasy at all. Make sure you ask for fresh chips
Pescos Bills Love the taco salad!
Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich Cannot go wrong with either place
Breakfast at DHS or WL Roaring Forks I would go to RF, they have great scrambled eggs and I love the fresh berry yogurt parfait. THey have THE best pecan cinnamon rolls I ever had
