Can anyone tell me what I should expect to spend here two adults, two kids, no alcohol, average? What is the dress code?

There really is no dress code for Narcoossee's. You will see some folks straight from the parks in their park gear. You may see some people dressed up a bit more. When we were there in March, we saw the whole range! There were even a few gentleman in business suits dining there.
