Tell me about "Magic Bands"

how do you add cards to your account. I have looked at the site but dont see how to do it.

Ok, just picked my magicbands on the disney site. do they now automatically send them? Said something about having until May to change them, (trip is not to july) When will they send them.

We will be staying at Ft Wilderness for 10 nights in April. We will NOT be going to any Disney parks.

Is there any reason I need to buy these bands? Can't I just use a normal credit card to make purchases?

What am I missing?

You'll need your bands to use the Fort's bathrooms at night. Pretty compelling reason if you're tent camping.

They ship to your house about thirty days prior to your trip. You will get an email that they shipped and a USPS tracking number.
